Code of Conduct Pledge

I participate in a lot of conferences, and have pledged to only do so at conferences that have a code of conduct.

Codes of conduct are a norm for hundreds of tech conferences. I support their commitment, and ask other conferences to appreciate that this is necessary and valuable.
